Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using LoveMusic (“the Service”, lovemusic.ai), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. The Service

LoveMusic provides free online music tools. Local tools process audio entirely on your device; AI stem tools upload your file to server-side models and delete it immediately after processing. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to infringe copyright or other rights;
• process audio you don’t have the right to process when the output is redistributed;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse the Service’s infrastructure, or bypass rate limits;
• use the Service for automated bulk processing via scripts.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to any audio you process with our tools. Local tools never send us your files. For AI stem tools, you retain ownership of your uploads, grant us only the temporary right needed to process them, and your files are deleted immediately after processing.

5. Intellectual property

The Service itself — code, design, branding, and written content — is owned by LoveMusic and protected by applicable law. You may link to it freely; you may not copy it wholesale into a competing product.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Audio analysis (BPM, key, spectrum) is algorithmic estimation — results are accurate for most material but can be wrong for unusual content (rubato, ambient, heavily modulated tracks). Don’t rely on it as a substitute for professional judgment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveMusic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. As the Service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may block access for abuse of the Service without notice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
